Trinidad and Tobago Boosts Hotel Development
Trinidad and Tobago increased its hotel capacity by 428 rooms with the official opening of the Hyatt Regency on January 24.
Located on the International Waterfront in the heart of Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago’s capital, the Hyatt Regency is the country’s largest hotel and conference facility with 43,000 square feet of meeting space.
Another new hotel on Trinidad’s horizon is the Cara Suites Hotel & Conference Centre. The 144 room luxury hotel will be located five minutes away from the Piarco International Airport with facilities for group functions and meetings when completed next year.
With expansion in both hotel and airlift capacity, Trinidad & Tobago is poised to become one of the region’s most dynamic business destinations.
