The TDC had a country booth which was used to showcase and build awareness of Trinidad & Tobago as a tourism investment location of choice. The TDC partnered with Angostura Ltd to further enhance the visibility and profile the country. The booth proved to be extremely popular not only because of the warm and inviting atmosphere created by the TDC/Angostura team, but also due to the scale of prizes available such as a three (3) night stay at the Hilton Tobago donated by Hilton as well as bottles of Angostura’s premium aged rum 1919. The conference was attended by more than 400 delegates from North America, Europe and the Caribbean, consisting of key financiers of hotel and tourism developments.
